Bishop Fidele Masengo, completed his bachelor in law from the University of Rwanda in 1999 and his Masters in Economic and Insurance Law at the University of Louvain-La-Neuve in 2003 before completing his PhD in Law from the University of Antwerp in 2010. Read More
